我們常聽到的痛風又被稱為高尿酸血症,
是起因於嘌呤代謝障礙所引起的代謝性疾病,
過往確實多以中、老年人為主,,
但年輕化的趨勢在近年也是越來越明顯,
而痛風患者大多都會併發心、腦血管病和腎功能衰竭、尿毒症,
而導致死亡。。

因體內嘌呤、尿酸累積而導致痛風的觀念,
其實正確來說並不正確!
因為人體在正常情況下會每天生成600毫克並排泄掉600毫克,
等於平衡狀態是沒有問題的。
但若生成過多卻來不及排泄,
又或者是身體排泄機制退化,
長期置之不理的話就會引發痛風,
所以尿酸等物質的代謝紊亂才是痛風的真實原因。

以下是容易導致痛風的壞習慣:
(1)喝酒
對於痛風患者或痛風高風險族群來說,
飲酒的習慣一定要避免甚而戒掉的!
不僅是因為酒中的嘌呤含量比較高,

而酒精也會影響我們體內尿酸的排泄導致在體內越積越多,
