Warning ⚠️ spoiler This Song is Basically about : Theres a girl who attempts suicide but is saved by a boy and it turns to a love relationship almost like love at first sight. The boy asks the girl why she wants to die and she says she has thanatos illness. Basically people ruled by thanatos want death and those ruled by eros desire life and will to live. People with thanatos can see the grim reaper. Since the girl has thanatos the grim reaper is calling out to her and the boy gets jealous. She tries to attempt suicide again and it looks like she is just waiting for the boy to come save her again. After a while she says no more so they break up and now the boy doesnt want to live either. Now it flashes to where they are both at a rooftop and the girl finally smiles (both ready to jump off) they both jumped off happily and the boy died.. the girl didnt because she never existed. The boy was the one with thanatos the whole time and the girl was his grim reaper. Edit: dang

Fun fact: This song is inspired by the story Thanatos no Yūwaku (タナトスの誘惑, An Invitation from Thanatos). In short, the guy sees the girl trying to jump off a building, stops her, love at first sight, every time she planned to suicide she texted him about it, he thought she wanted him to stop her, but what she really wanted is different, one day, she again tries to jump, he gets there quickly and grabs her hand, she is saying the god of death/grim reaper (Thanatos) is calling for her, he is telling her that she needs to look at him and not at the grim reaper, apparently, the grim reaper appears attractive to whoever it calls, he then asks her, why even though he loves her so much, won't she look at him, she said that she doesn't want to anymore, he said that he doesn't want this either, she said "I'm tired already", "I'm tired too" he said, "I want to die faster" she said, "I also want to die!!" he said... At that moment, when he said he also wants to die, she lifted her head, she smiled. "You finally realised?" she asked. "Ah... I finally understand" he said. "Really? That's great" she said "Ah I see, every time you planned to commit suicide and called me, it was not because you wanted me to save you... you wanted to bring me along" he said Now we understand that she wanted him to suicide with her... Why? To him, his grim reaper was her. "Well then, shall we go?" She asked "Let's go" he said "Hands held, you ane me" he said they jumped together... In conclusion, the song isn't about a double suicide or something, it is about a girl who tries to suicide, a guy who tries to stop her, she ends up being his grim reaper and the whole time she just tried convincing him to jump with her... at the end... he agreed.
