Last year, I invested $27k in Evan Dennis homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!
Thank you Evan Dennis. I took your advice and the results have been incredible. I started with slightly less than $40k, and now I’ve paid off my $529k 15 years loan in 8 months
I wasn't financially free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!Very inspiring! I love this
I Hit $87,590 today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last week. i started with 20k in last week 2025... now i just hit $87,590..
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.
Mr Sam’s 4 week course is very well done. Even if your knowledge about technical analysis and the market is extensive, you will still learn new things. He is extremely good at explaining concepts and has the ability to explain complicated notions in a simple matter.
Absolutely love it!! Although you can’t predict the future, you can prepare; the journey is not always easy, embrace persistence, patience and perseverance. Outline your goal and pull your efforts together to attain that goal. I had a fair share of struggles before diving into crypto last year. And let me tell you, it completely changed my life! So don't lose hope, my friend.
Is this a good time to buy stocks? I know everyone is saying stocks are at a discount and all, but just how long will It take for us to recover, obviously there are strategies to maneuver in this present market but these strategies doesn't come common to the average folk, or am I better off putting my money elsewhere?
Just what I needed to watch. My wife and I are directors of our farm business and own property, plus small pensions. I am nearly 55, my wife is 52. We have started to save to retire from the farm, and possibly live on rental income, I'd really appreciate you talk about how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably, let’s say $1M.
I appreciate you mentioning Alice Lee Chen's finances in one of your films. It has been fantastic investing with her since I contacted her.
Investing in a Roth IRA is a great option because it's funded with after-tax dollars, allowing your contributions to grow tax-free over time. When you retire and start taking money out, you won’t owe taxes on your withdrawals, helping you hold onto more of your savings. I personally retired with $5 million.
Thanks for sharing ! I currently make £84k/yr. No investment and I work from home. I need to do something quick. What can I do?
I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking of putting the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.
Taking notes📝 I’m a younger person graduated high school couples years ago looking to get an edge in investing and saving. Really driven I’m glad I found this video to point me in the right direction. Just gotta find a good teacher that have good intentions and wants me to grow
I Feel LIKE THE HOLE SEASON IS OVER, I'M TRYING TO GET INTO TRADING AS A ROOKIE, BUT IVE HAD SO MUCH LOSS TRYING TO TRADE ON MY OWN, PLEASE WHAT STRATEGIES DO I NEED TO EARN PROFITS FROM THE MARKET😢🤢
Another amazing content from Ramsey, you make beginners think about a lot of things that they haven't considered yet. I almost fell into deadlock crisis in my mid 40’s but thankfully now I’m close to retiring in a satisfactory manner because of the early investments I made.
The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or real estate to achieve this goal?
The reason a lot of people use ETFs rather than mutual funds, is because you usually need a minimum lump sum to start buying into a mutual fund, and you have to make recurring payments into the fund. With an ETF you can jump right in, for next to nothing, and you can invest whenever you have money, not on a set schedule.
