For eveyone saying you will never get gains like hers without weight...she never said as much. She is simply providing a booty workout at home...do it or don't do it, but she did not say "get a booty like mine with only these three moves."  If you watch any of her other videos, we all know she DOES use weights.  Keep the great videos coming!

Ladies do not let her fool you she has a butt lift. That being said these workouts are excellent for your glutes. Ive been doing them for a month now. They are beginner friendly, easy to do, and dont require any equipment. Trust me you will feel a change in a couple of weeks and definitely feel it in a month.
