Ladies do not let her fool you she has a butt lift. That being said these workouts are excellent for your glutes. Ive been doing them for a month now. They are beginner friendly, easy to do, and dont require any equipment. Trust me you will feel a change in a couple of weeks and definitely feel it in a month.
