Nobody has ever tricked me this bad into doing so much high knee and squats ever
Day 1 =Done β I combined 4 videos, I don't know how many squats I did lol Day 2= Done β i did without break Day 3= Done β it was so fun Day 4= Rest day Day 5 = Done β
So she tricked my brain that we are dancing but in reality, we did 82 squats and 73 seconds squat hold. Amazing.
